At AVA of Norway, we are committed to extending the life of our products and reducing environmental waste. One of the most important ways we support this mission is through long-term availability of spare parts.
15–20 Year Availability Commitment
We guarantee the availability of all spare parts with a functional role in the product:

For all products: Spare parts will be available for at least 15 years from the date of sale.

For products with a 20-year warranty: Spare parts will be available for 20 years from the date of sale.
This applies to original parts, as well as upgraded or functionally equivalent components introduced after launch.
Repair Without Worry
Repairs, servicing, and maintenance performed by the end user do not void your product warranty.
We actively support self-repair through our AVA Support Universe, with guides, and direct support. Our design philosophy is built on transparency, accessibility, and long-term serviceability.
Fair Access and Ongoing Support

All functional parts will remain available for purchase through our online store or through authorised partners.

We continuously work to simplify packaging and logistics – many parts are shipped directly from our warehouse to end users, with clear labelling and QR codes linking to guides and specifications.

Some components may be replaced by improved versions over time. In these cases, we will always offer parts that are fully compatible and maintain the same or improved performance.
Exclusions
This guarantee applies to parts with functional or mechanical purpose. Decorative elements, packaging, discontinued accessories, or parts affected by regulatory changes may be excluded from this commitment.
