V3 11 Check valve kit

Applicable for:

  • Easy, all models
  • Smart, all models
  • Go, all models

This kit contains all 6 valves connected to the pressure chamber inside the pump. These valves manage the flow of water in and out of the pump's cylinders, ensuring stable and efficient pressure.

All valves in the kit are identical, but their position determines their function: the suction valves (inlet) and high-pressure valves (outlet) are installed facing opposite directions.

The package includes 6 complete valves with integrated O-rings.

*Recommended for qualified technicians – Always consider a complete module kit.

*Valve damage often comes with wear in nearby parts. If your machine has run with vibration or pressure loss, or you are unsure on how to diagnose pump internals or valve damage, we recommend using a full 5-Year Warranty and Repair Kit to restore proper performance and reduce repair time.

See overview of all kits here.

Typical cause of failure

• Debris or scale build-up causing the valves to stick or not seal properly
• Frost damage or incorrect storage over winter
• Long-term wear from frequent use or poor water quality

Failure symptoms – Part correlation

• 33% pressure loss and noticeable vibration when 1 or 2 valves connected to the same piston fail – often felt in the hose
• 66% pressure loss and significant vibration when valves on two pistons are affected
• Intermittent pressure, pulsing, or rattling sound from the pump

Installation advice

Always prioritize safety first: Safety instructions – AVA of Norway

  • Ensure you have considered the alternative above.
  • Easy guide: follow to step 10 in guide, then:
  • Carefully extract old valves, inspect the valve seats and clean with fine sandpaper (emery paper).
  •  Apply a thin layer of silicone grease to new valves and seats before fitting.
  • Install inner (centre) valves with the O-ring facing down.
  • Install outer valves with the O-ring facing up.

Ensure correct orientations. Reassemble with care.
