V4 24 Warranty and Repair Kit V4, 10 years, P80 (Master/Evolution -EU)

- AVA Master: P80, Master 1.0, and Master 2.0 (EU)
- AVA Evolution: P80 (EU)
This repair and service kit contains all the necessary components to complete a full pump service, helping to extend performance, fix frost-related damage, and provides the added benefit of extending your warranty by an additional 5 years*.
The parts are built to last, and many can be reused during reassembly (including brass rings and backing rings).
Included in the kit:
- Full pump service kit, including wear components.
- Internal seals, O-rings, and valve components.
- Complete piston kit and bearings.
- AVA First Aid Kit
- For a limited time, this set also includes an upgraded switch box with an electric cable.
Tools needed:
- Torx T25 (included)
- Hex 6mm
- Flathead screwdriver
- Phillips head screwdriver

Typical causes for service needs:
- Frost damage due to improper winter storage
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Reduced performance or internal water leakage
- Loud pump noise or abnormal vibration during use
Failure symptoms – Part correlation:
- Loss of pressure or water dripping from the machine
- Motor running continuously after releasing the trigger
- Pressure washer not turning on
- Poor or unstable water flow
- Leaking from hose connection or internal valve
Installation and service advice:
- Always priority safety first: Safety instructions – AVA of Norway
- Disconnect both power and water before starting the service.
- Discharge any residual pressure by pulling the trigger on the gun in a safe direction.
- Make sure your workspace is clean and dry.
Post-service assembly:
- Connect the pressure gun and hose.
- Connect water and check for leaks.
- Pull the trigger until the water runs clear (air removed).
- Connect the power cord and turn on the machine.
- Let the water flow for 1 minute without the nozzle.
- Attach the nozzle and confirm full pressure output.
Troubleshooting:
- Water leaking internally: Open the machine and inspect for leak sources. Replace or reseat faulty seals.
- Motor runs continuously: Check that the switch box is properly seated on the start/stop valve.
- Machine won’t start: Check power connection, circuit breakers, and internal wiring.
- Poor performance/pressure: Check for dirt or debris in the pump and confirm correct valve and spring alignment.
- Motor hums but doesn’t start: Check that the capacitor is connected with both the black and white wires.
