AVA of Norway GmbH is solely responsible for operating the website, marketing, customer service, and the technical management of the online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(a) The presentation of our product range on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.

(b) By submitting an order via our website, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(c) We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

(a) All prices are stated in euros and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

(b) Payment can be made via Klarna, credit card (Swedbank Pay), PayPal, Walley Invoice, Walley Installment, Walley Invoice B2B, Swish (Swedbank Pay), Vipps (Swedbank Pay), or Apple Pay (Swedbank Pay).

(c) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

(a) Delivery is made to the delivery address you specify.

(b) Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices and will be shown separately before the order is finalized.

(c) We strive to dispatch the ordered goods within the stated delivery time. However, occasional delivery delays may occur.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

(a) You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating any reason.

(b) To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing (by email or letter).

(c) In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price including the standard shipping costs. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

6. Warranty

(a) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(b) The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Hamburg.

(c) Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
