Many issues can be solved quickly without contacting customer service, and machines are often sent in with no defect. Please try troubleshooting at home first. Inspection and repairs by yourself will not void your warranty and our zero-profit spare part kits make self-repair quick, easy, and affordable.

That's why we give our customers an extended warranty of up to 20 years without expensive service agreements. For the models AVA GO, V6, Easy, and Smart the warranty applies up to 10 years, for AVA Master and Evolution a full 20-year warranty applies.
