AVA Service Centre - Netherlands
In some cases, a repair may require professional assistance. If self-repair is not possible or you generally prefer expert service – welcome to the AVA Service Centre. To ensure that your AVA pressure washer receives the best possible care, we work with a network of professional and authorized service partners. These workshops are trained to repair AVA machines using original parts and according to our service guidelines.
Whether you need a warranty repair or regular maintenance, here you'll find all the necessary information to request competent technical support by the nearest certified AVA Service Centre.
What our service partners can help with:
- Warranty repairs
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Replacement of motors, pumps, switches, hoses, and other parts
- Regular maintenance
- Out-of-warranty repairs (fee-based)
Don't forget: Self-repair is almost always possible
At AVA, we encourage self-repair for both warranty and non-warranty issues when possible. If your pressure washer isn't covered under warranty, you can purchase a Warranty & Repair Kit and follow our detailed step-by-step guides to repair your machine yourself. This option helps save time and cost, as our non-profit pricing ensures the cost remains affordable.
Choosing to self repair will not void your warranty.
In need of a repair or maintenance?
If you would like to check more about the possibility of a return instead, you can find our returns policy here.
IMPORTANT:
- Many common issues can be resolved without a repair, please ask yourself the following questions:
- Is the power connected and circuit breaker OK?
- Is water turned on and flowing freely?
- Is the correct nozzle attached and clicked in properly?
- Is the spray gun unlocked and the trigger fully pressed?
- Is the garden hose at least 7 meters long and not kinked?
- Have you tried releasing air from the system by pressing the trigger with the machine off?
Before requesting aid by an AVA Service Centre – first perform basic troubleshooting first (Check our Quick Troubleshooting Guide here).
Leaking and defective accessories (nozzles, gun, lance, hose) are not within the scope of our AVA Service Centres' responsibilities. Just select the correct accessory in our interactive chat or use our complaint form to receive adequate help with it.
If these conditions are ignored and a problem-free unit is sent in, costs may be incurred for you despite valid warranty.
How the AVA Service Centre Works:
- Contact Support – Use our interactive support chat on the bottom left or fill out the Reclamation Form to receive guidance.
