Additional information
A high-pressure washer is — regardless of a high production quality and durability — never indestructible and a long, trouble-free usage time requires that the owner handles it with care.
While an issue or defect with one of our products will be usually perceptible by the user, once in a while an issue/defect remains unnoticed. This can lead to the machine being used untilfurther damage and defects. This can lead to the machine being used carelessly until further damage and defects suddenly occur. Even though we treat our customers with fairness and good will, it unfortunately cannot be ruled out that neglecting their duty of care may lead to costs for the owner, regardless of any warranty claims.
Therefore, it is absolutely worth paying attention to the working condition of the machine regularly. A quick look at the Self Repair FAQs can be very helpful in this regard. In addition, we offer our customers comprehensive technical documentation, help articles, and step-by-step guides regarding their AVA pressure washer, and we are, of course, also available directly for any further questions.

Self Repair FAQs
Every AVA pressure washer utilizes the same technical core principals and should work like this:
- With inlet water & power properly connected and the pistol attached to the high pressure hose, the power switch is turned on.
- The motor/pump unit will immediately start with a distinctive, rhythmic sound to build up the necessary standby pressure level.
- After just one to three seconds, the motor/pump should stop — the desired standby pressure is reached.
- As long as the pressure is not released (by pressing the trigger), the pump should not start again.
- When the trigger is pressed, water flows out of the nozzle and the motor/pump starts immediately to build up and maintain the operational pressure level. As long as the trigger is pressed, the motor/pump will run continuously with its distinctive, rhythmic sound.
- When the trigger is released, the motor/pump will stop shortly afterwards.
